As a former Marine and Champion Body Builder, Gabriel Tull made it his business to know what it takes to be the best you can be, sincere dedication and hard work. His dedication and hard work paid off in the form of multiple championship body building titles including Mr. Los Angeles, Mr. Orange County, Iron Man Champion and South Bay Muscle Champion.

Gabe brings this same dedication to his clients as well as the fitness programs he designs specifically for each of his clients to reach their goals. Gabe knows that a common misunderstanding that most people have is that he's going to want to turn them into huge bodybuilding monsters! This is so not true, nor is it realistic. Gabe aims to please each and every one of his client's specific needs, so long as they are realistic and obtainable. Here's an example of an unrealistic goal: loosing 25 lbs in a week, unrealistic to me because 1- that is too fast and unhealthy a drop and 2- I will never help to put a client in a position where their health is at risk! This is totally why his clients see the results that they do. Anyone who has worked with Gabe and have utilized his techniques are believers!

There are no secrets here, Gabe helps people start better habits of making time to exercise, eating properly and exercising in ways that enable his clients to reach their goals fast. Gabe believes in helping people feel good about themselves, changing people from the inside out! Gabe works with all ages, stages of pregnancy physically challenged or people that just want to focus on certain problem areas.

One of Gabe's newest projects is a program for kids. Decreases in activity levels for children mean bad news for them as adults and Gabe's goal is to get kids off their couches and away from TV and video games and see more kids incorporating exercise into their lives.
