These classes are just starting up again in Lantern Bay Park in Dana Point Harbor and 1000 Steps in Laguna, and are designed to whip you into shape as you go at your own pace. Classes are 1 hour long and consist of a variety of movements including jumping rope, mountain climbers (you're gonna love these), pushups, and ab work - pretty much a full body workout. You'll need: Water, Running Shoes, Exercise Mat, Pair of Dumbbells (5-10 Lbs) & Towel.

| In House Training.
In house or office training is where I come to you at your home or your office for those who don’t have the time or prefer not to be in a gym type setting! Here I will work with you in your home gym, or with the equipment that I bring. Keep in mind everything will be personalized for your level of athleticism. |  |

If you are a woman and looking to tighten and raise your glutes (rear), inner / outer thighs, lower abdominals, back or to add more shape to your arms I have the perfect work out(s) for you! I have a variety of workouts to keep you interested and to not let those problem areas become familiar with just one routine. If that were to happen then the muscle(s) being worked will stop responding to the stimulation that is being presented to it, and your progress will no longer move in a forward direction!
Wellness: For those who want to stay active and healthy with less intensity to sustain mobility, balance, and coordination. Perfect for those who have not trained in a while and are 45 years of age and over. It’s never too late.
Extreme/Intensity Training: These sessions are the real deal. These sessions are designed to burn calories at an alarming rate by using free weights, cardio and active rest in between sets. This workout is perfect for those who want to get lean in the safest / fastest way possible!
Strength Training: Want to pack on pounds of lean muscle? This program is for you! Here I show you how to put on weight for football, basketball, or whatever sport that you happen to be into. This workout can also be modified to improve ones golf swing or to generally be stronger so that when taking in the groceries it won’t be such a difficult task. This training also improves posture.
Cross training: For those who want to get back into shape or if you just want to simply keep up with the kids. These workouts incorporate running, cycling, weight lifting and more into your routine. Who said the gym is the only place to get fit?
I also offer meal plans for a one time fee of $75 dollars, that will be modified after photos and measurements are taken every 3 – 4 weeks. Diet doesn’t have to be a four letter word! I will explain to you what proteins, carbohydrates, and fats do for your body and how it all works so that you will have a better understanding of healthy eating. It really isn’t that difficult once you have a better understanding of what these foods do. It will teach you how to eat right and develop eating habits that will bring you a lifetime of fitness, health and well - being!
MY GUARANTEE: I will work with you to attain your goals and develop a plan that will work for you! If you don’t see results, it’s on Me, but be prepared to do your part! I’ll give you the tools, you have to put in the sweat equity!
